Check-in is available from 3:00 PM until 10:30 PM on your arrival day.

The apartment is conveniently located just 10 minutes from Málaga Airport by car or taxi, or 10 minutes by train to El Pinillo Station — making your arrival and exploring the area easy and stress-free.

I’ll be there to welcome you in person, hand over the keys, give you a brief tour of the apartment, and answer any questions you may have.

Please make sure to gather all your belongings and leave the apartment in good condition by check-out time. I’ll stop by to collect the keys and make sure everything is in order.

Before you leave, I kindly ask that you:

• 🗑️ Empty all bins into the skip in the street outside

• 🧹 Leave the apartment as tidy as you found it to help the cleaner

• 🍽️ Wash any used dishes and place them away

• 🔥 If you use the BBQ, please clean it after for other guests

🧳 Luggage Storage: If you have a late flight, just let me know—I’ll do my best to accommodate if possible. In case I’m unable to accommodate a late check-out, Bounce offers several luggage storage locations in Torremolinos.

🚆 El Pinillo Station → A short walk away. This train station is on the Cercanía 1 line, which runs between Fuengirola, Malaga Airport, and Malaga Maria Zambrano. Trains run every 20 mins.

🚆 Maria Zambrano Station → Also on the C1 line, it is Malaga’s main train station with direct connections to major cities like Madrid, Granada and Seville.

✈️ Malaga Airport → Only 10 minutes by taxi or train from El Pinillo Station.

🚕 Taxi Torremolinos → Taxi Torremolinos offers 24/7 service across the Costa del Sol.

🚗 Uber & Bolt: Both Uber and Bolt operate locally and from dedicated pick-up points at the airport, outside arrivals.

🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside or on terraces. Please smoke outside the building and dispose of butts in bins.

🔇 Quiet Hours: Parties are not allowed, and strict quiet is required after 22:30 (10:30 PM), especially in outdoor areas. Noise complaints from neighbours will lead to immediate action, be reported to Airbnb, and may result in you being asked to leave the apartment by the community.

🏊 Swimming Pool: Open daily in the summer from 09:00 to 19:00. Please respect the neighbours and posted rules. This is a quiet area where noise, food, drinks and music are not allowed.

🐶 No Pets: To keep the space allergy-free, pets are not permitted.

💄 Makeup: Avoid contact with towels or white bedding as stains become permanent and items will need replacing.

☀️ Sun Lotion: Sun creams stain outdoor sofas. Please sit on a towel after applying.

🗑️ Recycling: I encourage guests to recycle paper, plastic, and glass. You’ll find recycling and general waste bins on the street just outside the garage entrance.

🎵 Alexa: You’ll find Alexa devices in the living room and each bedroom. Just say “Alexa”, pause a moment, then speak your command. Try things like:

• “Play relaxing music”

• “What’s the weather like today?”

• “Set an alarm for 9 AM”

• “Play local radio”

📺 Smart TVs: All TVs in the apartment are internet-connected, so you can sign in to your favorite streaming services like Netflix, YouTube, or Amazon Prime.

❄️ Air Conditioning: Please help conserve energy, and remember to turn off the air conditioning while you are out.

As part of Spanish legal requirements (Royal Decree 933/2021), all guests staying in holiday rentals must provide identification details—just like in hotels. This applies to all hosts, including those on Airbnb and Booking.com.

I’m required to submit this information to the Spanish authorities within 24 hours of your arrival through the official platform called Hospederías.
