Required by Spanish Law

As part of Spanish law (Royal Decree 933/2021), all holiday rental guests must provide ID details — just like in hotels. This applies to all bookings, including Airbnb and Booking.com. I’m required to submit this information within 24 hours of your arrival through the official platform: Hospederías.

To keep things smooth, you’re welcome to fill out the form below in advance. If not, no problem — I’ll collect the info when you arrive.

CHECK-IN

Check-in is from 3:00 PM until 10:30 PM on your arrival day.

The apartment is just 10 minutes from Málaga Airport by taxi or train (El Pinillo Station), so getting here is quick and easy. I’ll meet you in person to hand over the keys, show you around, and answer any questions.

I kindly ask all guests to treat the apartment and furniture with the utmost respect, leaving it in the same condition and as tidy as they found it.

I will meet you in person at check-out to collect the keys and ensure everything is in proper order.

Before you leave, please:

🧹 Leave the apartment as tidy as you found it
🧽 Wash and dry ALL your dishes
🍽️ Put ALL your dishes away in their allocated cupboards
❄️ Turn off the air conditioning / Heater
🔥 Clean the BBQ if it was used
⚠️ Report any damage

RULES

✨Tidiness: Treat the apartment and furniture with the utmost respect, leaving it in the same condition and as tidy as you found it. Any lost or damage items will be charged.

🚭 No Smoking: Not allowed inside or on terraces. Please smoke outside the building and use bins.

🔇 Quiet Hours: Parties are not allowed, and quiet is required after 22:30. Noise complaints will be reported to Airbnb and could lead to eviction.

🏊 Swimming Pool: Open daily (summer) from 09:00–19:00. Please respect neighbours and rules—no noise, food, drinks, or music.

🐶 No Pets: To keep the space allergy-free for guests, pets are not permitted.

💄 Makeup: Avoid contact with white bedding as stains become permanent and items will need replacing.

☀️ Sun Lotion: Use a towel on outdoor sofas after applying sunscreen to prevent stains.
