I am so happy to welcome you and hope you enjoy everything this beautiful coastal town has to offer—from sunny beaches and delicious Mediterranean food to charming streets and vibrant life.

To help you make the most of your stay, I’ve put together this guide with my personal recommendations for local restaurants, sights, shops, and more.

Check-In starts from 15:00 PM on your arrival day and until 11pm.

The apartment is only 10 minutes from Málaga Airport by car or taxi, or 10 minutes by train to El Pinillo Station, so getting here and around is super easy. I’ll welcome you in person to hand over the keys, give you a quick tour of the apartment, and answer any questions you may have.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM on your departure day.

Please make sure to gather all your belongings and leave the apartment in good condition by check-out time. I’ll stop by to collect the keys and make sure everything is in order. If you have a late flight, just let me know—I’ll do my best to accommodate if possible.

Before you leave, I kindly ask that you:

• 🗑️ Empty all bins into the skip, in the street outside

• 🧹 Leave the apartment tidy as you found it to help the cleaner

• 🍽️ Wash any used dishes or place them in the dishwasher

• 🔥 If you’ve used the BBQ, please leave it clean for the next guest

🚭 No Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the terraces. If you’d like to smoke, please do so outside the building and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

🐾 No Pets

I kindly ask guests not to bring pets to keep the apartment allergy-friendly and comfortable for all future guests.

🔇 Quiet Hours

Absolute quiet is required after 23:00 (11 PM), especially in shared or outdoor areas. Noise complaints from neighbours will result in immediate intervention or being reported to Airbnb. Please help maintain a peaceful environment at all times.

💄 Makeup

Please be mindful when using makeup around towels and white bedding, as it can leave permanent stains. Unfortunately, stained items often need to be replaced.

☀️ Sun Lotion

Please be mindful with sun creams and tanning products—they can stain the outdoor sofas. Use a towel or cover after applying.

🛒 Dia Maxi

Our closest and most affordable supermarket. Just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.

🛒 Lidl
Also a short walk away, Lidle is ideal for a full grocery shop without breaking the budget.

🛒 Carrefour

A large hypermarket offering groceries, shops, a post office, hairdresser, pharmacy, and restaurants. A great one-stop shop for anything you might need.

🗑️ Recycling

I encourage guests to recycle paper, plastic, and glass. You’ll find recycling and general waste bins on the street just outside, near the garage entrance.

🎵 Alexa

You’ll find Alexa devices in the living room and each bedroom, ready to help make your stay even more comfortable. To use, just say “Alexa”, pause a moment, then speak your command. Try things like:

• “Play relaxing music”

• “What’s the weather like today?”

• “Set an alarm for 9 AM”

• “Play local radio”

📺 Smart TVs

All TVs in the apartment are internet-connected, so you can sign in to your favorite streaming services like Netflix, YouTube, or Amazon Prime. Don’t forget to log out before you leave.

❄️ Air Conditioning

Please help conserve energy, and remember to turn off the air conditioning while you're out. The cooling system is very efficient, so the apartment will cool down quickly when you return.

🏊 Swimming Pool

Open daily from 09:00 to 19:00. For safety and cleanliness, please don’t bring food or drinks into the pool area, and always follow the posted rules.

🚆 El Pinillo Station

A short walk away. This train station is on the Cercanía 1 line, which runs between Fuengirola, Malaga Airport, and Malaga Maria Zambrano. Trains run every 20 mins.

In Spain dial 112 for any emergency - medical, fire, or police. Operators are available and can speak English.

This local hospital is only 10–15 minutes by car from the apartment in El Pinillo.

💊 Pharmacy El Pinillo

Farmacia El Pinillo is just a 10-minute walk from the apartment, located in the heart of El Pinillo. Closed on Sundays.

Mandatory Guest Registration in Spain.

As part of Spanish legal requirements (Royal Decree 933/2021), all guests staying in holiday rentals must provide identification details—just like in hotels. This applies to all hosts, including those on Airbnb and Booking.com.

I’m required to submit this information to the Spanish authorities within 24 hours of your arrival through the official platform called Hospederías.

To make check-in smoother, you’re welcome to fill out the form below and send your details in advance. If not, no problem—I’ll simply collect the required information when you arrive.
