Required by Spanish Law

As part of Spanish law (Royal Decree 933/2021), all holiday rental guests must provide ID details — just like in hotels. This applies to all bookings, including Airbnb and Booking.com. I’m required to submit this information within 24 hours of your arrival through the official platform: Hospederías.

To keep things smooth, you’re welcome to fill out the form below in advance. If not, no problem — I’ll collect the info when you arrive.

CHECK-IN

Check-in is from 3:00 PM until 10:30 PM on your arrival day.

We’re conveniently located just 10 minutes from Málaga Airport—whether you’re arriving by car, taxi, or train, getting here couldn’t be easier. By taxi or car, it’s a quick and direct drive. If you prefer public transport, the train takes about 10 minutes to reach Málaga Centro Station, placing you right in the heart of the city.

Whether you're planning to explore the old town, relax on the beach, or take day trips along the Costa del Sol, our location makes it easy to get around without stress.

Let us know if you need help with transfers or directions as we are happy to assist!

CHECK-OUT

Check-out is by 11:00 AM on your departure day.

Before leaving, please ensure you’ve collected all your personal belongings. We kindly ask that you leave the room in good condition. There’s no need to return a key—we’ll take care of everything at reception. If you have a late flight or need a later check-out, feel free to contact the front desk in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

🧹 Housekeeping: Rooms are cleaned daily from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. If you don’t wish to be disturbed, simply hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door.

🛁 Towels & Toiletries: We provide fresh towels and essential toiletries. Towels are replaced daily during cleaning, or upon request.

👕 Laundry Service: Available Monday to Saturday. Ask reception for a laundry bag and price list. Clean clothes are usually returned within 24 hours.

🥂 Mini-Bar: Your in-room mini-bar is stocked with drinks and snacks. Each item is individually priced—the full list is in the drawer next to the TV.
